公务员分类改革引关注3月26日,据《京华时报》报道,目前国家有关部门正在制定《行政执法类公务员管理暂行办法》和《专业技术类公务员管理暂行办法》,这将成为我国公务员分类改革的重要指导性文件。这项关乎全国700多万名公务员切身利益的改革,或将于今年年内实施。新政一旦实施,公务员挤破头也要争当领导的局面将得以改善。具体而言,基层公务员即使当不上处级领导,也有可能享受处级干部的待遇。
