没食子酸是“活血化瘀”常用中药赤芍中的一种成分。以前的实验资料指出:赤芍具有明显的抗血小板聚集、促进血栓溶解等作用,也指出没食子酸及其衍生物没食子酸丙酯和没食子酸异丁酯具有类似作用。在诱发血小板聚集反应的过程中,伴有血小板膜脂质的物理状态发生变化,一些药物的抗血小板聚集是通过调整血小板膜的物理状态,特别是脂质-脂质和/或脂质-蛋白之间的相互作用。本文是应用荧光探剂观察赤芍成分没食子酸衍生物(没食子酸丙酯和没食子酸异丁酯)对血小板膜流动性的影响,以了解药物抗血小板聚集作用的机理。
