在回顾可持续运输网络相关文献的基础上提出一个可持续多式联运网络设计的多目标优化模型,该模型以可持续运输的时间、费用和CO2排放三个维度作为模型的优化目标。针对模型复杂的问题,在优化分解模型的基础上,设计了单目标遗传算法和多目标遗传算法NSGA-II联合求解的方式求解该多目标优化问题,并且通过算例验证了算法的有效性。结果显示在适当分解模型的基础上,采用单目标和多目标算法联立的方法能够得到复杂联运问题的多目标非支配解。
Based on the review of the literature on sustainable transport networks, a multi-objective optimization model for sustainable multimodal transport network design is proposed, which takes the three dimensions of sustainable transport time, cost and CO2 emissions as the optimization objectives. Aiming at the problem of model complexity, based on the optimized decomposition model, single objective genetic algorithm and multi-objective genetic algorithm NSGA-II are combined to solve the multi-objective optimization problem, and the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by a numerical example. The results show that the multi-objective non-dominated solution to the complex intermodal problem can be obtained by using the method of simultaneous determination of single-objective and multi-objective algorithms based on the appropriate decomposition model.
