带状疱疹是病毒感染性疾病,其特点是剧烈的疼痛,若发生在三叉神经分布区,可出现类似牙髓炎的症状。我科于1996年12月接诊1例,现报告如下。 患者,男,38岁。于四天前吃饭时突感右下后牙区疼痛,阵发性,夜间痛,同时伴有右颊面部弥漫性肿胀、发木、烧灼样疼痛,自认为是(?)痛。否认有冷热刺激痛。自服止痛片、消炎药不见效。两次在外院检查都未发现牙体疾患,但诊断为“(?)牙髓炎”,分别给予开髓开放,疼痛未缓解。患者近二周工作劳累、精神紧张。
