中医学是祖国传统文化的精华之一。它和世界上各民族的文化一样,每一个民族的医学文化的构成以及基础的确定,都是这个民族大众文化极为重要的一部分,并且与这个民族文化之魂的哲学(世界观)紧密联系在一起的。中医学认为,人没有无原因的疾病,任何证候都是在某种原因的作用下,患病机体所产生的一种病态反映。即或如《内经》所说的“阴阳致病”或“内外因致病”即“六淫七情,内外致病”。面对自然这个大宇宙,人的生命就是一个“小宇宙”,所以人体与自然是化合为一的。任何淫邪之气都可能打破这种平衡而使人体患病。 包信先生系天津中医学院研究员,执教多年并有丰富的临床经验。他从天地人的角度分析了前不久施虐我国和世界一些国家地区的SARS致病原因,提出了独到的看法。论文视点新颖,言之有物,很值得一读。然而,鉴于当前有关SARS的发病、传播的原因以及治疗与疫苗等许多科研问题尚未解决,本文也只是作为一家之言参与这方面的学术探讨,以飨读者。
