中共中央政治局常委、中央纪委书记吴官正强调,加强农村基层党风廉政建设,县委是关键,乡镇是基础。要以规范基层权力运行为重点,建立健全农村基层财务制度,加强对农村集体资金、资产和资源的管理,深入推进农村基层民主政治建设。要全面推进乡镇政务公开、村务公开和党务公开,凡是涉及农民群众切身利益的政策和事项,都要按照规定进行公开,切实保障农民群众的知情权、参与权、管理权和监督权。
Wu Guanzheng, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and secretary of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, stressed that strengthening the party’s work style and building a clean and honest government at the grassroots level in rural areas is the key to the county party committee and the township is the foundation. It is necessary to lay emphasis on regulating the operation of grassroots power, establish and improve the financial system at the grassroots level in rural areas, strengthen the management of rural collective funds, assets and resources, and push forward the building of democratic politics at the grassroots level in rural areas. To comprehensively promote the openness of government affairs in villages and towns, open village affairs and open party affairs, all policies and issues concerning the vital interests of the peasant masses must be carried out in an open and effective manner in accordance with the provisions of the peasant masses’ right to information, participation, management and supervision.
