目的研究四种综合评价方法在医疗工作质量评价中的应用。方法收集某医院连续7年的门诊病人数、急诊病人数、出院病人数等12项工作质量统计指标。分别用主成分分析法、TOPSIS法、密切值法和秩和比法对医疗工作质量进行综合评价,并对其排序结果进行一致性检验。结果该医院医疗工作质量呈稳步提高趋势,四种方法的评价结果经一致性检验,χ2为16.92,P<0.05,四种方法排序有一致性倾向,且有统计学意义。结论在医疗工作质量综合评价工作中,四种方法皆可使用,根据研究目的及数据类型不同可选择更合适的评价方法。
Objective To study the application of four comprehensive evaluation methods in the quality evaluation of medical work. Methods A total of 12 items of work quality statistics including the number of outpatients, the number of emergency patients and the number of discharged patients in a hospital for a consecutive 7 years were collected. The principal component analysis, TOPSIS method, close value method and rank sum ratio method were respectively used to evaluate the quality of medical work, and the consistency of the results was checked. Results The quality of medical work in this hospital showed a steadily increasing trend. The evaluation results of the four methods were tested by the consistency test, χ2 = 16.92, P <0.05. The four methods showed a consistent tendency of ranking and were statistically significant. Conclusion In the comprehensive evaluation of the quality of medical work, all four methods can be used. According to the research purpose and different data types, more suitable evaluation methods can be selected.
