采用金合金、钴铬合金、镍铬合金等三种牙科合金浸提液与L929细胞联合培养,使用流式细胞仪检测浸提液对细胞的增殖与凋亡的影响,比较三种合金的生物相容性。结果表明:金合金对细胞增殖的影响很小,不易引起细胞凋亡,细胞毒性小,表明其生物相容性优良;镍铬合金对细胞增殖的影响较大,易引起细胞凋亡,细胞毒性较大,表明其生物相容性差;钴铬合金的情况介于二者之间,也具有较好的生物相容性。
Three kinds of dental alloy leaching solution, gold alloy, cobalt-chromium alloy and nickel-chromium alloy, were cultured with L929 cells. The effects of the extracts on the proliferation and apoptosis of the cells were detected by flow cytometry. compatibility. The results showed that gold alloy has little effect on cell proliferation, which is not easy to cause cell apoptosis and has low cytotoxicity, indicating that it has excellent biocompatibility.
