钢绞线高温力学性能是研究预应力结构抗火性能及受火灾后结构损伤鉴定与评估的基础,本文从同一根钢绞线边丝中截取16根钢丝试件进行高温下拉伸试验,得到高温下钢丝试件拉伸的力-位移曲线、应力-应变关系曲线以及屈服强度、极限强度、比例极限、弹性模量与试验温度的关系。试验结果表明,高温下钢绞线钢丝的应力-应变关系曲线随温度升高趋于平缓,力学性能指标随温度升高不断退化。本文试验结果可以为研究预应力结构抗火性能的计算与分析提供参考。
The high-temperature mechanical properties of steel strand is the basis for researching the fire resistance of prestressed structure and structural damage identification and assessment after fire. In this paper, 16 steel wire specimens are intercepted from the same strand steel wire and subjected to high temperature tensile test. The relationship between force-displacement curve, stress-strain curve and yield strength, ultimate strength, ratio limit, modulus of elasticity and test temperature of wire specimens under high temperature. The test results show that the stress-strain curve of steel wire at high temperature tends to be gentle with the increase of temperature, and the mechanical property index decays continuously with the increase of temperature. The experimental results in this paper can provide reference for the research on the calculation and analysis of the fire resistance of prestressed structures.
