笔者受总后卫生部派遣,赴新加坡国立大学医院学习工作了两年,对其先进的医疗护理技术和现代化的管理感触颇深,现介绍如下。1.医疗卫生体系概况新加坡虽是个仅占地626.4平方公里的小国,却具备完善的医疗卫生保健系统,为国民提供高质量的医疗保健服务,使其人均寿命达76岁,居亚洲之首。新加坡卫生部不仅负责医疗保健,参与制定国家卫生发展计划,还与环境部及劳工部合作,以维持环境卫生,控制传染病及提高职业工人的健康水平。在其管辖下有22所医院,其中6所政府医院,其余为私人医院、康复疗养院、老人院及其它专科医院等;如中央医院、国立大学医院属三级综合医院,可提供完善的医
The author was sent by the Ministry of Health and sent to the National University Hospital of Singapore to study for two years. He deeply touched the advanced medical care technology and modern management. 1. Overview of the Health Care System Although Singapore is a small country with an area of only 626.4 square kilometers, it has a perfect medical health care system and provides high-quality health care services to its citizens. Its life expectancy per capita is 76 years old, ranking first in Asia. The Singapore Ministry of Health is not only responsible for health care, participating in the formulation of a national health development plan, but also working with the Ministry of the Environment and the Ministry of Labour to maintain environmental hygiene, control infectious diseases, and improve the health of professional workers. There are 22 hospitals under its jurisdiction, including 6 government hospitals, and the rest are private hospitals, rehabilitation and nursing homes, nursing homes, and other specialty hospitals. For example, the Central Hospital and the National University Hospital are tertiary comprehensive hospitals, providing comprehensive medical services.
