本文以材料在毛坯料上的初始位置到成品上的终了位置所产生的位移为出发点,来叙述旋压的过程。这些位移按不同的旋压条件可以计算出来。剪切旋压和无厚度变化的旋压作为两种特殊情况处理。上述位移可以用图表示,并据此可以确定主应变的大小。用本文介绍的分析方法,能够预先判断某项制品的旋压加工是否可能。最后,文章还就旋压中两种形式的失稳起皱作了探讨。
In this paper, the initial position of the material in the blank to the final position on the finished product produced displacement as a starting point to describe the spinning process. These displacements can be calculated according to different spinning conditions. Spinning shear and no thickness variation of the spinning pressure are handled as two special cases. The displacements can be plotted and the magnitude of the main strain can be determined accordingly. Using the analysis method described in this article, it is possible to predict in advance whether spinning of a product is possible. Finally, the article also discussed two forms of destabilization wrinkling in spinning.
