目的探讨祛肝脂合剂对非酒精性脂肪肝的降脂作用。方法选取我院2015年1月至2016年1月收治的60例非酒精性脂肪肝患者,分析患者的临床病历,给予祛肝脂合剂进行治疗,对比患者治疗前后血浆总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平变化,得出结论。结果治疗前后患者的TC、TG、LDL-C、LDL-C等水平均有所下降,治疗前后对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者的肝功能酶学指标也明显恢复,与治疗前数据对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论祛肝脂合剂治疗非酒精性脂肪肝有明显疗效,有效降低患者的血脂干粮,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the lipid-lowering effect of Qigatang mixture on non-alcoholic fatty liver. Methods Sixty patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver were enrolled in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016. The clinical records of patients were analyzed and treated with QGH. Before and after treatment, the levels of total cholesterol (TC), glycerol Triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) levels, concluded. Results The levels of TC, TG, LDL-C and LDL-C in patients before and after treatment decreased. The difference between before and after treatment was statistically significant (P <0.05). The patients’ liver function enzymology indexes also recovered obviously, The data before comparison was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion QGH has significant curative effect on non-alcoholic fatty liver, which can effectively reduce the blood fat and dry food, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
