当复读班班主任五年了,通过跟学生近距离接触与交流,渐渐发现学生有很多的心理问题。而这些心理问题,背后往往都有较复杂的原因,他们本身大多是无意识的、不自觉的,是无辜的、无奈的。这些问题已经让他们在无形中付出了代价,解决不好还可能葬送他们的前程。触摸这些有问题的心灵,我有一种深深的痛惜。在我的眼里,他们都是打湿翅膀的天使,我一个也不能忽视,一个也不能漠视,我要烘干他们翅膀上的雾水,让他们展翅飞翔!
