武进县重视抓好中青年教师观摩教学评议活动,通过这项活动挑选和培养中青年骨干教师。这项活动层层开展,县、区、乡三级评选。评议活动的第一轮自一九八二年下半年开始,至一九八三年下半年结束。参加这轮评议活动的是一九七二年以后的参加工作的所有小学中青年教师一千二百多人。对参加评议的教师要求每人定好一个教研专题,写好一份总结,写好一份教案,上好一堂公开课。各级对评选出来的较好的教师,从政治上、业务上进一步严格要求,使他们成为本地区的优秀教师和骨干教师。县教育局教研室在第一轮评议活动结束后,选编了中青年教师的教学经验、专题总结、教案和课堂实录,
