研究了磷酸三丁酯 (TBP)从多硫化物含金贵液中萃取金的规律 ,考察了一些影响萃取平衡的因素。实验结果表明 :TBP能在强碱性多硫化物介质中萃取金 ,萃取时水相和有机相条件的改变都对萃取有影响。水相Sx2 - 浓度的增加对萃取有利 ,当水相中有NH3·H2 O存在时 ,适宜的Sx2 - 浓度为 1.5mol L ;有机相中TBP浓度的增加 ,萃取率增加 ;温度及水相初始Au(Ⅰ )浓度的变化对萃取的影响不大 ;萃取适宜的稀释剂为烷烃类稀释剂 ;水相中NH3·H2 O的存在有无对萃取影响很大 ,且其萃取机理也不相同
The law of extracting gold from polysulfide-containing precious liquor by tributyl phosphate (TBP) was studied, and some factors affecting the extraction balance were investigated. The experimental results show that TBP can extract gold in a strongly basic polysulfide medium, and the changes of the aqueous phase and the organic phase conditions have an impact on the extraction. The increase of Sx2 - concentration in aqueous phase is favorable for the extraction. The optimum concentration of Sx2 - is 1.5 mol L in the presence of NH3 · H2 O in the aqueous phase. The increase of TBP concentration in the organic phase increases the extraction rate. The change of Au (Ⅰ) concentration had little effect on the extraction; the suitable diluent for extraction was alkane diluent; the existence of NH3 · H2O in aqueous phase had a great influence on the extraction and the extraction mechanism was different
