浙江省消防产品生产行业近几年来发展迅猛,生产企业多(300多家),品种涉及面广,产品生产总值已逾二十多亿,在我省各行业中属一股新生力量,在某些地区已占据了主导产业地位,形成了一定的优势。通过这几年生产实践,我们发现由于生产企业较多,产品技术含量普遍较低、品种重复的也不在少数,导致企业之间恶性竞争,效益下降,有的企业甚至偷工减料,严重影响了我省消防产品生产企业的经济效益和产品质量。另外我省三十多家原效益状况较好的哈龙产品生产企业在近几年内面临着十分严峻的转产、转轨压力。为贯彻去年年初金华全省业管理工作会议上提出的“强化监管机制,优化产业结构,提高科技含量,再创浙江优势”的浙江省消防产品生产行业的工作基本方针,特制定《浙江省消防产品发展导向》。
