采用pH指示剂吸收比值法测定甲硝唑的含量，以麝香草酚蓝为指示剂，432nm和544nm为测定波长。平均回收率和相对标准差分别为100．2％和0.1％，实验结果满意。
The content of metronidazole was determined by absorbance ratio of pH indicator. Thymol blue was used as indicator, and the wavelength of 432 nm and 544 nm were measured. The average recovery and relative standard deviation were 100.2% and 0.1%, respectively, and the experimental results were satisfactory.
