隐匿性冠心病因缺乏心肌缺血的相关临床症状,使对其诊断和研究的难度增加。近年,影像学检查技术的发展为隐匿性冠心病的诊断提供了有效的检查手段,就隐匿性冠心病的定义、分型和临床表现、影像学诊断现状及其进展予以综述。
Occult coronary heart disease due to lack of clinical symptoms associated with myocardial ischemia, making it more difficult to diagnose and research. In recent years, the development of imaging examination technology provides an effective means for the diagnosis of occult coronary heart disease. The definition, classification and clinical manifestations of occult coronary heart disease, the status of imaging diagnosis and its progress are reviewed.
