在高职院校的具体教学过程中,短跑和跳跃项目需要加强对小肌肉群的训练和研究,不仅能够增强学生身体的协调能力,还能够对学生的下肢力量具有重要的促进作用。所以在教学过程中需要对短跑和跳跃项目进行科学、合理的运动训练,使学生达到一定的运动水平。本文对高职院校体育课短跑和跳跃项目的小肌肉群训练进行详细的分析和研究。
In the specific teaching process of higher vocational colleges, the sprint and jumping project needs to strengthen the training and research on the small muscle groups, which not only can enhance the students’ coordination ability, but also play an important role in promoting the lower limb strength of the students. Therefore, during the teaching process, it is necessary to carry out scientific and reasonable sports training for the sprinting and jumping items so that the students reach a certain level of exercise. This article carries on the detailed analysis and the research to the small muscle group training in the PE class dash and jumping project in the higher vocational college.
