本文基于过程机理分析和系统分解方法,建立了大型炼油厂催化裂化装置中反应-再生系统的非线性状态空间模型。全系统模型由若干具有状态和控制耦合的子系统模型所组成.该模型具有结构简单、维数低的特点。论文同时还给出了工业试验数据和基于模型计算机仿真结果的比较,说明模型具有满意的精度.
Based on the analysis of process mechanism and system decomposition method, this paper established a nonlinear state-space model of reaction-regeneration system in a large-scale refinery catalytic cracking unit. The system-wide model consists of several subsystem models with state and control coupling, which has the characteristics of simple structure and low dimensionality. The paper also gives a comparison of industrial test data and computer simulation results based on the model, indicating that the model has satisfactory accuracy.
