集散控制系统是一种地理位置分散、控制功能分散,监视集中的新型控制系统。本文概述了国外集散控制系统的产生、发展和它的主要组成设备,使读者对其主要原理、系统构成有个清晰的了解。然后从石油工业应用的角度介绍了三个典型应用:大庆地面典型站以 GE 系列6+为核心的集散控制系统、喇二电厂 DATATRONIC集散控制系统和大庆油田总外输计量站 FOX—3000集散控制系统。从上述三个典型应用获得的经济效益和社会效益,看出集散控制系统在石油工业中具有广阔的前景。
Distributed control system is a decentralized geographical location, decentralized control functions, centralized monitoring of a new type of control system. This article summarizes the generation and development of foreign distributed control system and its main components and equipment so that readers have a clear understanding of its main principle and system structure. Then, three typical applications are introduced from the point of view of the application of petroleum industry: Distributed control system of Daqing ground typical station with GE series 6+ as the core, DATATRONIC distributed control system of La-power plant and FOX-3000 distributed control station of total outgoing metering station of Daqing Oilfield system. From the economic benefits and social benefits obtained from the above three typical applications, it can be seen that distributed control system has broad prospects in the petroleum industry.
