制度建设在开拓思想政治工作新境界中具有深刻的时代价值,不仅是思想政治工作规范化发展的客观要求,也是思想政治工作适应时代发展的现实需要,又是思想政治工作应对复杂环境的必然选择。虽然我们党一直重视思想政治工作的改革创新,在思想政治工作制度建设方面进行了许多有益的探索,取得了巨大成绩,但我们应清醒地认识到,现阶段开拓思想政治工作新境界仍然面临着利益机制空乏残缺、规章制度执行不力、监评机制运行不畅、队伍管理制度不尽合理等制度缺陷。思想政治工作作为我们党和国家的重要政治优势,理应准确把握时代脉搏,顺应经济新常态,以制度建设开拓思想政治工作新境界,把思想政治工作作为我们党的一项重要工作真正落细落实。
