B超引导穿刺治疗肝囊型包虫病32例

为探讨 B超引导穿刺治疗肝囊型包虫病的价值 ,对 32例患者 35个包虫囊肿 (单囊型 2 7个 ,多子囊型 8个 )行 B超引导穿刺抽吸囊液后注入 2 0 %高渗盐水 (其中 4例置管引流 ) ,并对 5个直径大于 6 cm的囊肿行无水乙醇灭活 ,一年后2 5个包虫囊肿 (直径 2~ 6 cm)完全消失 ,10个包虫囊肿 (直径 6~ 10 cm)缩小超过 5 0 % ,随访 1~ 5年未见复发 ,B超引导穿刺治疗单囊型及子囊大且少的多子囊型肝包虫病具有疗效肯定、创伤小、费用低的优点 To investigate the value of ultrasound guided puncture in the treatment of hepatic cystic echinococcosis, 35 hydatid cysts (single cyst type 27, multiple ascocytic type 8) in 32 patients were injected with B-ultrasonography aspiration 20% hypertonic saline (including 4 cases of catheter drainage), and 5 cysts larger than 6 cm in diameter were treated with absolute alcohol inactivation. After one year, 25 hydatid cysts (2 ~ 6 cm in diameter) disappeared completely , 10 hydatid cysts (diameter 6 ~ 10 cm) shrunk by more than 50%, followed up for 1 to 5 years no recurrence, B-guided ultrasonography for single cystic and ascocyclagous large and small polycystic hepatic hydatid disease has Positive effect, less trauma, the advantages of low cost
