随着中国加入WTO、CEPA战略的实施、泛珠三角9+2经济合作协议的建立以及申亚成功利好,广州经济持续多年高速发展,令广州国际化大都市的地位不断提升,其作为经济中心的强大辐射能力和金融、商贸、信息、交通、科技、教育等方面的配套能力,吸引了各省市企业尤其是海内外商家在本地设立办事处,甚至是华南、全国地区的总部。据统计,世界500强企业落地广州已由两年前的30多家增加到目前的112家,可以预见,“总部经济”效应将会对甲级写字楼产生很大的需求,2005年广州市的写字楼市场前景看好。
