本文旨在通过对高等艺术院校舞蹈编导人才教学模式的探索,寻找到“象牙塔”和“阳春白雪”的学院派舞蹈编导与最基层群众性舞蹈编导之间的联系与桥梁,研究并利用有效的教学途径,使两者进行平等对话,加速彼此之间的融合,使高教服务社会的功能得到更为充分的发挥,专业性舞蹈编导的教学成果得到最广泛意义的应用,加大人才的社会适应能力,扩大人才就业口径,最大力度地推进群众舞蹈文化的发展和繁荣。
The purpose of this paper is to find out the connection and bridge between the academic choreographer and the most basic dance choreographer in “Ivory Tower” and “Yang Chun Bai Xue” To study and utilize effective teaching methods so that the two can enjoy equal dialogue and accelerate their integration so that the functions of higher education in serving the society can be fully displayed. The teaching results of professional dance choreographers have been applied in the broadest sense. Large-scale social adaptability of talents, expanding the employment caliber, the greatest efforts to promote mass dance culture development and prosperity.
