目的 了解急性脑血管意外病人的心电图及心肌酶学的改变。方法 将病人按脑出血与脑梗死的不同分为甲、乙两组 ,甲组为脑出血病人 ,乙组为脑梗死病人 ,在急性期查心电图与心肌酶谱。观察甲、乙两组病人心电图及心肌酶谱的改变。治疗 1周后复查心电图及心肌酶谱。结果 甲、乙两组心电图及心肌酶谱均有明显改变。结论 急性脑血管意外可造成心律失常、心肌酶学改变及心电图的缺血性改变。
Objective To understand the changes of electrocardiogram and myocardial enzymology in patients with acute cerebrovascular accident. Methods The patients were divided into two groups according to the different of cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction. The patients in group A were patients with cerebral hemorrhage and the patients in group B were patients with cerebral infarction. The electrocardiogram and myocardial zymogram were checked in acute phase. Observed A, B two groups of patients ECG and myocardial enzyme changes. After 1 week of treatment, ECG and myocardial enzymes were reviewed. Results A, B two groups of ECG and myocardial enzymes were significantly changed. Conclusion Acute cerebrovascular accident can cause arrhythmia, myocardial enzymology changes and ischemic changes of ECG.
