目的了解介入放射工作中防护情况,为保障放射操作人员的健康安全,制定防护管理措施提供依据。方法现场调查,测试介入机房防护情况、介入操作者受照剂量。结果机房防护检测结果符合国家标准,介入放射操作人员穿戴防护衣,剂量下降率平均为16.53%,采用防护设施,剂量屏蔽率平均为46.45%。结论采用防护设施和穿戴防护衣,可有效降低介入操作者所受辐射危害。同时应加强对介入放射工作的防护和从事介入放射工作的工作人员防护意识教育。
Objective To understand the situation of protection during interventional radiological work and provide the basis for ensuring the health and safety of radiation workers and formulating protective management measures. Methods Field investigation, testing intervention room protection, interventional operator exposure dose. Results The test results of the engine room protection met the national standards. Interventional radiation workers wear protective clothing. The average dose drop rate was 16.53%. With protective facilities, the average dose shielding rate was 46.45%. Conclusion The use of protective equipment and protective clothing can effectively reduce the radiation exposure of the interventional operator. At the same time, we should step up education on the protection of personnel engaged in radiological work and on staff members engaged in radiological interventions.
