目的：探讨曼月乐在治疗子宫内膜异位症方面的作用及曼月乐的安全性和实用性。方法选择经腹腔镜活检证实为子宫内膜异位症患者300例，随机分为曼月乐组、妈富隆组和对照组。记录所有患者的不良反应出现情况，两年后根据患者痛经程度评定治疗方法的疗效。结果治疗后，曼月乐组患者疼痛明显改善，总有效率为100%，妈富隆组患者治疗总有效率为83%，对照组治疗总有效率为66%。结论曼月乐较妈富隆能明显降低保守性手术子宫内膜异位症患者的痛经程度。治疗子宫内膜异位症安全有效，适合临床推广应用。“,”objective: to investigate the man on the role of the music in the treatment of endometriosis and the security and practicability of man; Methods: laparoscopic biopsy confirmed for 300 patients with endometriosis were randomly divided into music group, the man month mom rich grand group and the control group.
