2001年10月13日成立,是由上海巴士长运、上海芷新集团、上海锦江高速、上海交通大众、上海强生等13家道路客运的骨干企业以资金为纽带强强联袂组建,具备交通部客运二级企业资质、通过了ISO9001 2000版质量体系认证。专业从事省际班车客运、省际旅游客运、省际包车客运、省际高速客运以及客运站经营。
Founded on October 13, 2001, the backbone enterprises of 13 road passenger transport companies, including Shanghai Bus Changyun, Shanghai Zhixin Group, Shanghai Jinjiang Expressway, Shanghai Jusung Volkswagen, Shanghai Johnson & Johnson, and other road passenger transport companies, are jointly established with funds as the link and have the functions of the Ministry of Communications Passenger two enterprise qualification, passed the ISO9001 2000 version of the quality system certification. Specialized in inter-provincial bus passenger, inter-provincial tourist passenger, inter-provincial chartered passenger, inter-provincial high-speed passenger and bus terminal operators.
