The emergence of radical economic trends in developing countries is closely linked with the special socio-economic conditions that they faced at the time. After the Second World War, some oppressive and exploited colonial and semi-colonial backward countries have successively won state sovereignty and national independence. However, after more than a decade of painstaking efforts, the economic development in these countries is not satisfactory. In particular, the distortion of the domestic economic structure, the serious unemployment and inflation, the deteriorating income distribution and the mounting debt of foreign debts have greatly hindered these National economic development. Under such circumstances, a group of Latin American and African economists started with the issue of economic development in developing countries and wrote books in succession. This led to the emergence of “dependent theory”, “cumulative causal theory”, “ ”World System Theory“, ”theory of inequality exchange" as the representative of the radical economic trend of thought.
