当前,农村社会正发生看复杂而深刻的变化,迫切需要我们正确把握新时期农民的思想脉搏,抓住广大群众普遍关注的热点、难点问题,有针对性地开展工作。为此,笔者不久前在天津市东丽区农村搞了一次调查——最迫切的愿望:增加收入。在对三个镇(街)九个村的抽样调查中,农民对增收一项的关注率达96%。座谈中,一些农民真切地说,他们的情绪看年底,增收了就乐,减收了就象遭了霜打的秧。各村的情况表现形式也不一样:在富村,1999年农民人均收入高于全区平均值5001元的32个村中,农民对集体的依赖性大。他们盼
At present, we are seeing complex and profound changes taking place in rural areas. We urgently need that we correctly grasp the pulse of the peasants in the new era, seize the hot and difficult issues of widespread concern among the general public, and work in a targeted manner.
