肝再生增强因子(ALR)是一种重要的次级肝再生因子,能够特异性地促进肝脏再生。ALR是近年来发现的新的保守功能基因家族,在线粒体的发生、细胞分裂周期、高等生物体内器官(如肝和肾)的发育方面有重要的功能。此文着重就ALR生物学功能和作用机理的最新研究情况进行综述。
Liver regeneration augmentation factor (ALR) is an important secondary liver regeneration factor that can specifically promote liver regeneration. ALR is a new family of conserved functional genes found in recent years. ALR plays an important role in the development of mitochondria, cell division cycle, and organ development in higher organisms such as liver and kidney. This article focuses on the ALR biological function and mechanism of action of the latest research are reviewed.
