对化学教师有效利用教学资源的实践之评析

通过对优秀化学教师课例及访谈素材的剖析发现,优秀化学教师利用教学资源的实践经验是:实施“三化”操作,用好用活教材;设置互动活动,唤起和催生学生资源;适度利用信息资源,化解难点、突出重点;巧借低值替代器材,强化实验功效。为有效利用教学资源优化课堂教学,教师应把握的策略是:树立以学生为本的教育理念和正确的教学资源观;以“三维目标”为指导寻找教学资源;以学科知识逻辑为主线甄别和筛选教学素材;在适当的时机以恰当方式呈现教学素材;设置问题与讨论、实验探究等活动方式以催生生成性资源等。 Through the analysis of excellent chemistry teachers ’lesson examples and interviews, it is found that excellent chemistry teachers’ practical experience in utilizing teaching resources is: to implement “three ” operations, make good use of live teaching materials; set interactive activities to arouse and spawn student resources; Appropriate use of information resources to resolve difficulties, highlighting the key; skillfully borrow low-value alternative equipment, to enhance the effectiveness of the experiment. In order to effectively use the teaching resources to optimize the classroom teaching, teachers should grasp the following strategies: to establish a student-centered educational concept and correct teaching resource concept; to search for teaching resources under the guidance of “three-dimensional goals ”; Screening and screening of teaching material; presenting teaching materials in an appropriate way and at the right time; setting up activities, such as questions and discussions, experimental inquiry, etc., to generate generated resources.
