医院文化与企业、乡村、校园等文化一样被誉为当今新的医院管理理论,是医院管理的精华。医院文化是包括院容院貌、医疗、教学、科研等综合管理及各项规章制度在内的全体医务工作者、管理者共同遵循的价值观念和行为准则等的医院整体文化。建设我军医院文化对加强管理,适应改革开放和未来战争的需要,为全体军民服务,促进两个文明建设具有重大意义。本文就新时期军队医院文化建设问题提出以下几点设想。
Hospital culture and enterprises, villages, schools and other culture as the same as today’s new hospital management theory, is the essence of hospital management. The hospital culture is the overall culture of the hospital, including the medical staff, teaching, scientific research and other comprehensive management and various rules and regulations, all medical workers and managers follow the values and codes of conduct. It is of great significance to build the hospital culture of our military to strengthen management, meet the needs of reform and opening up and the future war, serve the entire army and the people, and promote the building of the two civilizations. This article puts forward the following ideas on the cultural construction of military hospitals in the new era.
