组织在人力资源管理中引入ISO9000质量管理模式,以规范化管理推动人力资源管理的持续发展。即将发布的ISO9000:2015版标准对人力资源管理提出新的要求。本文针对新标准要求,详细分析了2008版标准与2015版标准的异同,指出了今后人力资源管理与新标准有效结合的途径,从而全面提高人力资源的质量意识,促进企业持续健康发展。
The organization introduces ISO9000 quality management mode into human resources management to promote the sustainable development of human resources management by standardized management. The forthcoming ISO9000: 2015 version of the standard human resources management put forward new requirements. According to the requirements of the new standard, this paper analyzes the similarities and differences between the 2008 version and the 2015 version in detail, and points out the ways of combining the human resource management with the new standard in the future so as to improve the quality awareness of human resources and promote the sustained and healthy development of the enterprise.
