以金属硝酸盐为原料,采用等体积浸渍法制备了CuMnCo/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂,通过臭氧催化氧化中试试验装置,对炼油厂废水的二级处理出水进行深度研究。累计1000 h的反应结果表明,在保证出口COD为100 mg·L~(-1)以下,炼油废水的COD_(Cr)平均去除率达到60.3%。通过物理吸附、热重一差热、扫描电镜、X射线衍射和X射线荧光光谱等对催化剂使用前后进行了表征,表明催化剂在反应后比表面积、孔结构、活性组分的含量、晶粒大小和晶型均未发生变化,反应后催化剂上无有机物残留。催化剂的催化活性好,去除率高,性能稳定,在累计反应时间1 000 h无失活迹象。
A CuMnCo / γ-Al_2O_3 catalyst was prepared by the same volume impregnation method using metal nitrate as the raw material. The secondary experimental effluent of the refinery wastewater was deeply studied by ozone catalytic oxidation pilot plant. The cumulative reaction time of 1000 h indicates that the average removal rate of COD Cr in refinery wastewater reaches 60.3% when the export COD is below 100 mg · L -1. The catalysts were characterized by means of physical adsorption, TG-DTA, SEM, X-ray diffraction and X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy. The results showed that the specific surface area, pore structure, content of active components, And the crystal form did not change, the catalyst after the reaction without organic residues. The catalytic activity of the catalyst is good, the removal rate is high, the performance is stable, and there is no sign of deactivation at the cumulative reaction time of 1000 h.
