网络环境下传统图书馆的文献形态、内容及信息服务方式都发生了巨大的变化。科研机构图书馆欲顺应时代发展的需要,更好地为科学研究工作提供文献信息服务,就必须在丰富信息资源、开发整合资源、开展多样化服务和拓展馆员能力上下工夫。
Under the network environment, the traditional library’s document form, content and information service have undergone tremendous changes. In order to meet the needs of the development of the times and to provide better literature and information services for scientific research, the libraries of scientific research institutes must make great efforts in enriching information resources, developing and integrating resources, developing diversified services and expanding librarianship.
