8月底,陕西省音乐家协会主办的全国音乐(业余)等级考试在陕西省乐团排练场举行,因“非典”影响而延迟到来的考试丝毫没有影响到人们的情绪,考场气氛异常热烈。七天时间中,包括钢琴、电子琴、小提琴、手风琴及古筝等在内的数种乐器、十个级别的考试有条不紊地进行。全省数千名考生报名参加,比往年有大幅度提高,中小学生占了考生总数的绝大部分。一切,似乎,都让人感到欣喜、在提倡素质教育的今天,音乐好像已经走进了千家万户。然而,随着记者的不断深入了解,却发现许多值得深思的问题。
At the end of August, the National Music (Amateur) Grade Examination, sponsored by Shaanxi Musicians Association, was held at the Shaanxi Provincial Orchestra Rehearsal Field. The examination delayed due to the SARS effect did not affect people’s mood at all. The atmosphere of the examination room was unusually warm. In seven days, ten instruments including several kinds of instruments including piano, electronic organ, violin, accordion and guzheng were systematically conducted. Thousands of candidates in the province signed up for registration, a substantial increase over previous years, primary and secondary students accounted for the vast majority of the total number of candidates. Everything, it seems, are very happy, in promoting quality education today, the music seems to have entered millions of households. However, with the constant deepening of press knowledge, many problems worth pondering are found.
