通过对80t回转起重机的实测结果分析,阐明了臂架腹杆采用单侧节点连接板固定方式时,会在连接板根部产生严重局部弯曲而使这些拉(压)杆的强度均衡性大为降低。采用具有中心连接板固定方式对改善杆件受力状态取得良好效果。对于类似回转起重机的大型臂架,在两端支承状态下进行整体安装时,在自重的作用下会在某些腹杆中产生很大负载,应代以多点支承的办法进行安装。本设备门架横梁旁侧断面外侧上、下角点处,由于偏载和结构突变的影响而产生高应力区。本文中还讨论了门架空载应力的测量方法的。
Through the analysis of the measured results of the 80t slewing crane, it is demonstrated that when the webs of the boom are fixed by one-sided node connecting plate, serious local bending occurs at the root of the connecting plate, so that the strength balance of the tension rods is greatly reduced . Adopting the method of fixing with a central connecting plate to improve the force state of the bar achieved good results. For large jibs like slewing cranes, when mounted as a single unit with both ends supported, a heavy load will build up in some webs under dead weight and should be installed in multi-point bearings instead. The upper and lower corner points of lateral sides of cross beams of the equipment gantry have high stress area due to the influence of partial load and structural abrupt change. This article also discusses the measuring method of gantry no-load stress.
