It has been three years since the implementation of the new high school curriculum. As a first-line teacher, I always have a feeling of dancing with a pipa. The old jealousy of “score theory heroes” is bound to you, making you unable to stretch, unable to put this dance to the limit, let alone to innovation and development. The author summed up some strange phenomena from the teaching practice, a little analysis: First, the collective preparation for the Dashan Shan; Second, each day for their own teaching; Third, listen to the review class and everyone stand by. Teaching is originally an art. Teachers are the engineers of the human soul. However, in this kind of evaluation environment, teaching has become secular and utilitarian. Teachers’ psychological is gradually being distorted. How can we shape the soul of others? We sincerely hope that relevant departments can quickly formulate and conscientiously implement a set of practical teacher evaluation systems that can adapt to the new curriculum standards, and relieve embarrassment for teachers in the world, so that they can truly become people who can develop.
