目的:本研究拟观察中医化痰法联合利培酮治疗冰毒所致精神障碍改善情况,为推广该法在冰毒所致精神障碍的治疗提供临床依据。方法:本研究选择180例患者,随机分成三组。A组是安慰剂对照组,B组是实验组,采用利培酮治疗患者因吸食冰毒引发的精神障碍。C组是实验组,在B组的基础上联合中医化痰法。三组患者在开始治疗前、治疗3周后采用简明精神病量表(BPRS)评定,最终疗效采用临床疗效总评量表(CGI)分析比较治疗前后的差异性。结果:对三组患者采用临床疗效总评量表观察临床疗效,使用安慰剂A组治疗后患者各项精神行为症状未见明显变化,利培酮治疗组B组及利培酮联合中医化痰法治疗组C组患者症状明显改善,而且采用利培酮联合中医化痰法治疗效果明显优于单纯使用利培酮治疗组。结论:中医化痰法联合利培酮治疗,明显改善因吸食冰毒引发的精神障碍,为推广中医化痰法结合利培酮治疗冰毒所致精神障碍提供临床思路。
Objective: The purpose of this study is to observe the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine phlegm method combined with risperidone in the treatment of mental disorders caused by ice, in order to promote the method to provide the clinical basis for the treatment of mental disorders caused by methamphetamine. Methods: This study selected 180 patients were randomly divided into three groups. Group A is a placebo control group, Group B is the experimental group, the use of risperidone in patients with psychosomatic withdrawal caused by taking methamphetamine. C group is the experimental group, based on the B group with Chinese phlegm method. Three groups of patients before treatment, after 3 weeks of treatment using the Simple Mental Illness Scale (BPRS) assessment, the final effect of the clinical efficacy of the overall rating scale (CGI) analysis to compare the difference between before and after treatment. Results: The clinical curative effect was observed in three groups of patients with clinical curative effect. There was no significant change in psychic and behavioral symptoms of patients in placebo group A after treatment with risperidone combined with risperidone in combination with traditional Chinese phlegm method Treatment group C patients significantly improved the symptoms, and the use of risperidone combined with Chinese phlegm therapy was significantly better than the simple use of risperidone treatment group. Conclusion: Chinese phlegm method combined with risperidone treatment, significantly improved mental disorders caused by taking methamphetamine, to provide clinical ideas for the promotion of traditional Chinese medicine phlegm method combined with risperidone treatment of mental disorders caused by ice.
