目的:探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者极量运动后气体交换参数的恢复。方法:COPD患者40例与正常男性22例作极量运动试验。连续测定运动及其恢复期气体交换参数,并计算气体交换参数恢复半衰期和恢复程度。结果:极量运动后,COPD患者气体交换参数恢复半衰期较正常对照组明显延长。在运动停止10min时,COPD患者体内潴留CO2排出量为0.51±0.70ml/(kg·min);但呼吸各参数恢复程度均在95%以上,与正常人相比无差异。结论:COPD患者极量运动后气体交换参数恢复半衰期较正常人明显延长,这可能与气道阻塞有关
Objective: To investigate the recovery of gas exchange parameters after excercise exercise in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods: 40 patients with COPD and normal male 22 cases for extreme exercise test. The gas exchange parameters of the exercise and its recovery were continuously measured, and the half-life and degree of recovery of the gas exchange parameters were calculated. Results: After excercising, the half-life of gas exchange parameter recovery in patients with COPD was significantly longer than that of the normal control group. The amount of CO2 excreted in COPD patients was 0.51 ± 0.70ml / (kg · min) after 10min of exercise stop, but the recovery of respiration parameters were above 95%, which was no difference compared with normal subjects. Conclusion: The half-life of gas exchange parameter recovery after exergy exercise in patients with COPD is significantly longer than that in normal subjects, which may be related to airway obstruction
