КУ—150型牙轮钻机是由抚顺煤炭研究所和吉林重型机器厂研制的新型、高效穿孔设备。用现代的测试手段对该机的性能参数进行测试研究,以获得在各种工作状态下,机器主要部件的力学特性及工作性能参数,从而判断钻机的性能是否达到设计和使用要求。同时,通过对所测性能参数的分析研究,为现场的维护、使用,为设计科研工作服务,因此,对露天矿用回转钻机的性能参数进行现场电测研究,是必不可少的科学实验手段。在钻机的性能参数中,钻机的主参数,即回转扭矩、回转电机功率、回转速度、加压轴压力及排碴空压机的压力和风量,是评价钻机的性能的基本参数。
