一、爲協助全國學術機搆充實參考资料,利用本院已有之設備,供應全國科學工作者之需要,由本院各所與圖書管理處合作,編印各科論文選輯。二、每一專門學科由本院有關研究所(台、舘)負責,從世界各國期刊中選出該科研究必須參考之重要論文若干篇,交書店翻印,合訂裝成選輯。各學科可視其需要,隨時選編第二輯以至多輯以上。所謂專門學科,以範圍勿過寬泛爲宜。三、每輯印一百份,由本院负責徵求訂戶。預訂不滿一百份者,餘數統由圖書管理處在暫付欵項下購存,再隨時按原價出售。四、不能歸人選輯,偶然爲研究工作者需之論文,可用照相或接觸法印出,以供需要。但刊印之份數,不能超過五十份。
