流行性出血热(EHF)是由出血热病毒引起的一种自然疫源性疾病。临床上以发热、出血、低血压少尿、肾损害等为主要特点。目前尚无特异性病原疗法。所以要对本病进行综合性、预防性治疗,尤其是通过合理的营养治疗,对改善病情、提高抗病能力、缩短病程起到很好的辅助作用。近年来我科对本院收治的263例患者,配合临床对不同病期的EFH患者予不同饮食治疗,效果满意,现将患者饮食管理体会介绍如下。
Epidemic haemorrhagic fever (EHF) is a naturally fueled disease caused by the hemorrhagic fever virus. Clinically, fever, bleeding, hypotension, oliguria, renal damage as the main feature. There is no specific pathogen therapy. So to the comprehensive and preventive treatment of the disease, especially through rational nutrition treatment, to improve the condition, improve resistance to disease, shorten the course of play a good auxiliary role. In recent years, our department admitted to our hospital 263 patients, with different stages of clinical EFH patients to different diet, the effect is satisfactory, now the patient diet management described below.
