我们采用SM+INH+RFD组成的6个月短程化疗方案,采取不住院全程督导措施,现将近期疗效报告如下。一、对象1.初治组:未用过抗结核药或用过而不超过1个月,痰菌阳性或阴性,而肺部有活动性病变或空洞者。2.复治组:经规则或不规则治疗3个月以上6个月以下,肺部有活动性病变或空洞,痰菌阳或阴性者。年龄在15—72岁之间。二、管理方法对病人逐个登记建卡后,均实行不住院的家庭服药督导管理措施:除向病人及家属宣传
