新世纪以来,科学技术不断进步,我国社会经济得到了快速发展,在工业化进程不断加快的背景下,我国的建筑用地面积越来越小,高层建筑顺势得到了迅速发展。随着城市化进程的加快,高层建筑在城市建设中的比例逐渐扩大。高层建筑的广泛应用,虽然有效解决了城市用地紧张的问题,但也给城市环境带来了非常大的影响。保证城市空间构造与高层建筑规划之间的协调统一,使高层建筑更为合理化、人性化,成为业界普遍关注的问题。本篇论文主要对建筑设计与高层建筑规划进行了探讨。
Since the new century, science and technology have been making continuous progresses and our country’s social economy has witnessed rapid development. Under the background of accelerating industrialization, the area of land for construction in our country is getting smaller and smaller, and the homeopathy of high-rise buildings has been rapidly developed. With the acceleration of urbanization, the proportion of high-rise buildings in urban construction is gradually expanding. The wide application of high-rise buildings, although effectively solve the problem of urban land tensions, but also brought a very big impact on the urban environment. To ensure the coordination between urban space structure and high-rise building planning and make high-rise buildings more rational and humane has become a common concern in the industry. This paper mainly discusses the architectural design and high-rise building planning.
