目的了解护士营养学知识水平、来源、需求情况及影响因素,为有针对性地进行营养知识培训提供依据。方法采用问卷调查法,对北京市两家二级甲等医院内外科病房220名护士进行调查分析。结果调查显示,护士营养学知识处于中等水平,且普遍表示对营养知识有需求,职称高、护龄长、对营养知识需求者得分高。护士营养知识主要来源于在校学习和工作中积累。结论在学校学习中,应增加营养学的课时,在护士继续教育中增加营养知识的培训及考核,提高护士的营养学知识水平。
Objective To understand nurses’ nutrition knowledge, source, demand and influencing factors, and provide basis for targeted nutrition knowledge training. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate and analyze 220 nurses in surgical wards of two second class Hospitals in Beijing. The results of the survey showed that nurses nutrition knowledge at a moderate level, and generally expressed the need for nutritional knowledge, high titles, long-term care, nutritional knowledge needs high scores. Nutritional knowledge of nurses mainly comes from studying and working in school. Conclusions In school study, we should increase the class hours of nutrition, increase the training and assessment of nutrition knowledge in the continuing education of nurses, and improve the level of nutrition knowledge of nurses.
