为探讨Miles手术后腹膜外腹壁肌肉潜道可控性人工肛门(以下称可控性人工肛门)与腹壁造口对控制排便的功能,对可控性人工肛门41例和普通腹壁造口32例进行对比观察。按最低生活要求制定的10项指标,并用注水法和气囊法分别进行测试,结果表明可控性人工肛门优于普通造口,两者对控制排便能力测试,前者平均压力量为50.2±21.0mmHg,后者为18.5±13.5mmHg,差异有非常显著意义(P<0.005)。结论:Miles手术后可控性人工肛门优于腹壁普通造口。
