劳动保障信息化建设是我国政府信息化建设的重要组成部分,一直受到党中央、国务院和省、市各级党委和政府及有关部门的高度重视。2003年8月“金保工程”正式在国家立项,这标志着我国劳动保障信息化工作进入一个新的历史时期。随着改革开放和现代化建设的不断深入,大力推进信息化,已经成为覆盖劳动保障全局的战略举措,我们应该而且必须从战略发展的高度来定位和推进劳动保障的信息化建设。
The construction of labor and social security information system is an important part of the government information construction in our country. It has always been highly valued by the Central Party Committee, the State Council, the Party committees and governments at all levels and with relevant departments at all levels. August 2003 “Golden Bullion Project” was officially established in the country, which marks the work of our country's labor and social security information into a new historical period. With the deepening of reform and opening up and the modernization drive, vigorous promotion of informatization has become a strategic measure covering the overall situation of labor security. We should and must position and promote the informationization of labor security from the strategic development level.
